1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade financial products in your country of residence.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, complete identity verification and keep your login details private. One account per person.
3. The Service
DZplatform provides AI-based market analysis and automation software. Trades are executed and funds are held by independent, regulated partner brokers, whose own terms also apply.
4. Trading Risk
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, settings and the amount you deposit.
5. Fees
Registration is free. Partner brokers may apply spreads, commissions or withdrawal fees as described in their terms.
6. Prohibited Use
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or disrupt the software.
- Creating accounts with false or someone else's identity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software and branding on DZplatform belong to us and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DZplatform is not liable for trading losses, market events, broker actions or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
